The following is a Scripture thread that reveals God's Plan, His promise, to pour out the Breath of Life of Rivers of Life - Giving Water of His Holy Spirit of Truth upon "all flesh," upon "all mankind," in the Last Days, during His Divine Appointed Times of the Three Days of Darkness, which prepares mankind for God's Illumination of Conscience, which will correct the conscience of mankind In the Breath of Life of God's Holy Spirit of Truth, which will prepare mankind to fully repent of it's sin on the feast day of Divine Mercy Sunday, which will prepare mankind to fully receive God's promised New Worldwide Pentecost of Joel 3:1-5 and Acts 2:17-21. In this way we can understand that our God will manifest His promised New Worldwide Pentecost Great Miracle of Joel 3:1-5 & Acts 2:17-21, the time when He pours out the Breath of Life of HIs Holy Spirit of Truth upon ALL FLESH - all mankind so that we prophesy - speak forth His fiery Words of Truth to all we meet, and in this fulfill His promised restoration of Earth to Heaven! This fantastic teaching Image above of God's constellations in the Heavens (Ps 19), which is of the Revelation 12 pregnant Woman (Which we can understand to signify Mother Mary leading the Church - Rev 12:1-2, 10-12, 17) , Who - together - in the Last Days, in a NEW WAY, births forth King Jesus /her Child, in the power of the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit of Truth (Gen 2:6-7, Jn 7:37-39, Joel 3:1-5, Acts 2:17-21, Rev 12:1-2, 10-12, 17) to all mankind, was revealed in the Heavens on the feast day of St. Padre Pio (Sept 23rd) during the 100th anniversary year of the prophetic Fatima Sun Miracle message of 2017. It is very significant that this revelation was given by God in the Heavens on the feast of St. Papa Pio and during the prophetic Fatima Sun Miracle message's 100th anniversary year. God doing so appears to announce to us that in the near future, that our King Jesus, Who is Truth, will be birthed forth to mankind in the promised "New Way" (Is 43:18-21, Rev 21:2, 5-6, Rev 22:1-5, 16-17, 20, Jn 7:37-39) - during the Last Days, in the hidden invisible power of the Breath of Life of the Rivers of Life Giving Water of God's Holy Spirit of Truth. Just as He was "birthed forth" from the mouth of Mother Mary as she proclaimed Jesus (Truth - Jn 14:6) to her cousin Elizabeth and John, who were both then filled with the Holy Spirit of Truth, who then leapt for joy and proclaimed God's praises - so too we can understand that in the Last Days, that our King Jesus (the Word became flesh) be conceived within our own hearts and minds (1 Cor 6:19, 1 Cor 2:16) and then be birthed from our mouths - to the nations, in the Last Days, and in this way God, in His Bride, with His Bride, and going forth from His Bride, King Jesus returns and triumphantly conquers satan and his lies and deception, within the heart and mind of mankind-- just as Scripture reveals, ahead of time, to us.

It appears that this is the outcome of God's Divine Appointed Times of: the Three Days of Darkness, Illumination of Conscience, Divine Mercy Sunday, which all, appear might just culminate on the very feast day of Pentecost on May 19th, 2024 when God sends His Comet 46P Wirtanen "Rivers" to us.
God's Promise of Redemption and Restoration
"Remember not the events of the past, the things of long ago consider not; See, I am doing something new! Now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? In the wilderness I make a way, in the wasteland, Rivers. For I put Water in the wilderness and Rivers in the wasteland for My chosen people to drink, The people whom I formed for Myself, that they might recount My praise! (Is 43:18-21)

Rivers of Life Giving Water of the Breath of Life of God's Holy Spirit of Truth poured out upon All Flesh on the Last and Greatest Day of the Feast!
"On the last and greatest day of the feast, Jesus stood up and exclaimed, “Let anyone who thirsts come to Me (Truth - Jn 14:6, Jn 14:16-18) and drink. Whoever believes in Me (Truth), as Scripture says: ‘Rivers of Living Water will flow from within his heart.’” Jesus said this in reference to the Spirit (of Truth) that those who came to believe in Him were to receive. There was, of course, no Spirit yet because Jesus had not yet been glorified." (Jn 7:37-39: see also Jn 14:16-20)
God's Promised New Worldwide Pentecost When He Pours Out His Holy Spirit of Truth Upon All Flesh - upon "ALL mankind" causing us to prophesy! Speak forth His fiery Word of Truth as never before - in all boldness, in the power of His Holy Spirit!
‘It will come to pass in the Last Days,’ God says, ‘that I will pour out a portion of My Spirit (of Truth Jn 14:6, Jn 14:16-18, Jn 7:37-39) upon all flesh. Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your young men shall see visions, your old men shall dream dreams. Indeed, upon My servants and My handmaids (Believers in Jesus) I will pour out a portion of My Spirit (of Truth) in those days - and they shall prophesy (speak forth God's fiery Word of Truth in the power of God's Holy Spirit) And I will work wonders in the Heavens above and Signs on the earth below: blood, fire, and a cloud of smoke. The sun shall be turned to darkness, and the moon to blood, before the coming of the Great and Splendid Day of the Lord, and it shall be that everyone shall be saved who calls upon the name of the Lord.’ (Acts 2:17-21, Joel 3:1-2)
Some may say that the Upper Room Pentecost fulfilled this Scripture, but I say that it has not been fulfilled yet, because there is no mention, during the Upper Room Pentecost of the moon turning to blood, nor of the sun darkening, and at the Upper Room Pentecost God's Holy Spirit was poured out upon the 120 in the Upper Room (Acts 1:13-15), not upon "all flesh" as is declared in this Scripture. So, one can see that it has yet to be fulfilled.
I offer that God's promised New Worldwide Pentecost of Joel 3:1-5 and Acts 2:17-21 is yet to come because of this, and because on September 2nd, 2020 (the Coronavirus outbreak year), NASA stated that the moon is now turning red due to the mineral "hematite", which Greek means, "blood", so we can understand the fulfillment of Acts 2:17-21, and Joel 3:1-2, of "the moon turning to blood" to be happening right now, during our current time.

Through the Garabandal prophetic message of the 1960's, Mother Mary has revealed, ahead of time to us, just as she did in 1917 in Fatima, Portugal of the October 13th Great Sun Miracle which 70,000+ souls witnessed, that God is going to come, in a Sovereign Way, and reveal each soul to itself as time stands still in silence, during what is now known as the Illumination of Conscience (a.k.a. Warning), and Fr. Philip Bebe, in his book titled, "The Warning" states that God will do this in order to correct the conscience of mankind in His Truth.
In this way, just as God created mankind by the breathing forth of the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit of Truth, which had been watered by the Spring (Rivers of Life Giving Water), He will return and correct the conscience of mankind in the Breath of Life of the Rivers of Life Giving Truth of His Holy Spirit.
See: Gen 2:6-7 and Jn 7:37-39, Joel 3:1-5, Acts 2:17-21, Rev 21:2, 5-6, Rev 22:1-5, 16-17, 20, Ez 47:1-12, Is 11:1-4, Is 61:1-4, Psalm 1, Rev 21 and all of Is 61.
And in this way, through Scripture and Marian prophetic revelation we can understand that our God comes to fulfill His promised restoration of Earth to Heaven as revealed in the Book of Revelation ("Revelation" means" Unveiling") when, "deceivers of every sort find their lot in the burning pool of fire" (Rev 21:8, Rev 21:1-7), when He comes "to destroy the godless with fire," (2 Pet 3:7).
This is evident because we know from Scripture revelation that His Word is like Fire! (Jer 23:29) and that in the Last Days He will come in "Fire" in order to set the world on "fire" with the fiery Love of His Holy Spirit of Truth. (2 Pet 3:7, Song of Songs 8:6, Lk 12:49, Lk 24:49, Jer 23:29, Eph 6:12, 16-17, 2 Cor 10:3-5, Rev 11:5, 12:1-2, 10-12, 17, Rev 20:10, 1 Jn 3:8)
What better way to set the world on fire, but through His fiery Word of Truth, our King Jesus Returning in Fire, conquering satan and his fiery darts of lies and deception and in this way manifest God's promised New Worldwide Pentecost Great Miracle when He pours out the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit of Fire upon "all flesh," upon "all mankind!!!"

Once the Rivers of our God's Holy Spirit of Truth is poured out upon "all flesh", upon "all mankind" into our hearts, His New Worldwide Pentecost Great Miracle will manifest and our King Jesus, in us, with us, and through us (Mk 16:20) will go forth in FIRE and cleanse the earth of all of satan's lies and deception; for at that time, He will return amidst the Clouds, which Scripture reveals signifies "hearing God's voice clearly within our own hearts and minds, and our obeying His voice promptly; for by the Cloud (hearing God's voice clearly) we are directed by God and remain in His Divine Will, and in this way we are transfigured in Them: Father, Son and the Breat of Life of His Holy Spirit of Truth.

"I will ask the Father and He will give you the Advocate to be with you always, the Spirit of Truth (Rivers of Life Giving Water), which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows It (My Spirit of Truth). But you know It, because It remains with you, and will be in you! I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you! " (Jn 14:16-18)
"When He comes, the Spirit of Truth (Rivers of Life Giving Water), He will guide you to all Truth (King Jesus). Restoration of Earth to Heaven
"I also saw the holy city, a New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a Bride adorned for her husband. The One Who sat upon the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” Then He said, “Write these words down, for they are trustworthy and true.” He said to me, “They are consummated! I [am] the Alpha and the Omega, the beginning and the end. To the thirsty I will give a gift from the Spring (Rivers of Life-Giving Water of God’s Holy Spirit of Truth)." "I should like all of you to speak in tongues, but even more to prophesy. so that the Church might be strengthened in all revelation, knowledge, prophecy, and instruction (of God). If everyone is prophesying, and an unbeliever or uninstructed person should come in, he will be convinced by everyone and judged by everyone, and the secrets of his heart will be revealed, and so he will fall down and worship God, declaring, “God is really in your midst.” (1 Cor 14:5-6, 24-25)
"Thus says the LORD of Hosts: In those days ten people from nations of every language will take hold, yes, will take hold of the cloak of every Judahite ("Judah" means to praise God") and say, “Let us go with you, for we have heard that God is with you!” (Zech 8:23)

"Then He said to me: Prophesy to the Breath, prophesy, son of man! Say to the Breath: Thus says the Lord GOD: From the four winds come, O Breath, and breathe into these slain that they may come to life. I prophesied as he commanded me, and the Breath (Rivers of Life-Giving Water of God’s Holy Spirit of Truth). entered them; they came to life and stood on their feet, a vast army!" (Ez 37:9-10)
"The two shall become One Flesh (One Heart and Mind of Truth and Peace with God).’ So, they are no longer two, but One Flesh (One Heart and Mind of Truth and Peace with God)." (Mk 10:8)

His eyes were [like] a fiery Flame, and on His head were many diadems. He had a name inscribed that no one knows except Himself …His name was called the (fiery) Word (of Truth) of God, the Armies of Heaven follow Him (Eph 2:6, Ez 37:9-10)...out of His mouth came a sharp Sword (fiery Word of Truth of God in the power of the Holy Spirit) to strike the nations! He will rule them with an Iron Rod (2 Thess 2:8) and He Himself, (with, in and going forth from our mouths - Mk 16:20) will tread out in the wine press the wine of the fury and wrath of God the Almighty! He has a name written on His cloak and on His thigh, "King of kings and Lord of lords!". Then I saw an angel standing on the sun. He cried out [in] a loud voice to all the birds flying high overhead, “Come here. Gather for God’s great feast." (Rev 19:12-17)
We will be God's birds, His eagles - with eagle sight, flying High, caught up in the Rivers of the Breath of His Holy Spirit of Truth, in the Last Days, and we shall feast upon His fiery Word of Truth, and see all that He sees and know all that He knows (Jn 16:13, Jn 15:15, Amos 3:7, Mk 4:34, Mt 13:10-12, 13, 16-17, Jer 33:3), as He pours Himself out upon us - upon "all flesh", "all mankind" in the Last Days. and we will then go forth and proclaim it to everyone we meet, and in this way we can understand our God to deliver mankind from satan and all of his lies and deception - in a Sovereign Way - and in this way restore Earth to Heaven as promised (Rev 21:1-8) as He restores mankind in the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit of Truth. Alleluia! Alleluia! Alleluia!
And we can understand it all begins with the Sign in the Heavens of God's 1st Great American "Diamond Ring" effect total solar eclipse, pointing us to His Great Sign of the Woman of Revelation 12:2, 10-12, 17, which God announced in the sky on September 23, 2017, feast of St. Papa Pio during the month of September, which is dedicated to Mother Mary under the title of, "Our Lady of Sorrows". "Sorrows" in Greek means, "birthing", so we can understand God's announcement in the Heavens in September to be announcing the "Birthing forth of our King Jesus through the pregnant Woman of Revelation 12 who labors to birth Him forth to us, which we can understand to signify Mother Mary leading the Church, the Bride of Christ, in the last days; her offspring, those who keep God’s commandments and bear witness to her Child, Jesus.
"A Great Sign appeared in the sky, a Woman, clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars. she was with Child and wailed aloud in pain as she labored to give birth. Then I heard a loud Voice in heaven say: “Now have salvation and power come, and the Kingdom (of Truth) of our God and the authority of His Anointed. For the accuser of our brothers (satan who is the liar and deceiver - see Jn 8:44, 31-32, 1 Jn 3:8, Jn 8:36) is cast out (from the heart and mind of mankind during the IOC), who accuses them before our God day and night. They conquered him (satan / liar / deceiver) by the Blood of the Lamb
and by the (fiery) Word of their testimony (Jer 23:29 Jer 5:14, Acts 2:17-21, Mk 16:20, 1 Cor 14:5-6, 24-25, Rev 11:5, Rev 20:10. Love for life did not deter them from death. Therefore, rejoice, you heavens, and you who dwell in them (Eph 2:6) . But woe to you, earth and sea, for the Devil has come down to you in great fury, for he knows he has but a short time.” Then the dragon (satan / liar / deceiver / beast / false prophet) became angry with the Woman (Mother Mary and the Church) and went off to wage war against the rest of her offspring, those who keep God’s commandments and bear witness to Jesus.. It took its position upon the sand of the sea. ("sea" in Judaism signifies "chaos" and we can see how satan positions himself upon all the chaos of the world that is built upon his lies and deception, preventing souls from knowing God's Holy Spirit of Truth, Who sets them free from satan and all of his lies and deception.") (Rev 12:1-2, 10-12, 17)
And all so that we prophesy - speak forth God's fiery Words of Truth, Who devours satan and all of his lies and deception forevermore!

"Is not My Word like Fire!" (Jer 23:29)
"If anyone wants to harm them, FIRE (God's fiery Word of Truth in the power of the Sword of His Holy Spirit) comes out of their mouths and devours their enemies. In this way, anyone wanting to harm them is sure to be slain." (Rev 11:5) (see also Eph 6:12, 16-17, 2 Cor 10:3-6)
"They went forth and preached everywhere, while the Lord worked with them and confirmed the (fiery) Word (of God’s Truth) through accompanying signs …afterwards Jesus Himself, through them, sent forth from east to west the sacred and imperishable proclamation of eternal salvation. Amen." (Mk 16:20)

Since God is the same yesterday, today and forevermore (Heb 13:8) we can understand that just as He announced the birthing of His Son through Mother Mary by the means of the Bethlehem Star, He too shall announce in the Heavens, the birthing forth of HIs Son, through the pregnant Woman (Mother Mary) in the Last Days, as the Bright Morning Star Who rises within each Believing Soul as Scripture reveals to us (Rev 22:16, 2 Pet 1:18-19) And many believe He has done so through this Great Sign of September 23rd, 2017 as well as in the Great Sign of the Heavens on December 21st, 2020.
