It has been said that the Holy Spirit is the "Love between the Father and the Son come down upon us"
Scripture reveals to us that the HOLY SPIRIT is: the Spirit of Truth of Jesus breathed forth upon His Bride, Who is: the Breath of Life, the Seal of Truth, the Paraclete, the Advocate, the Spirit of the Promise, the Spirit of Adoption, the Spirit of Christ, the Spirit of the Lord, the Spirit of God, the Spirit of Glory; Who manifests as Breath, Truth, Rivers of Life - Giving Water, Oil of Anointing, Fire, Cloud, Light, Dove, and the Hand and Finger of God.
The Holy Spirit, the Breath of Life, as Rivers of Life- Giving Water ,Who watered the earth, and then breathed into the same watered earth, created man in the Beginning (Gen 2:6-7).
The Holy Spirit, the Breath of Life Returns in the Last Days in both Fiery Truth and in Rivers of Life - Giving Water during God's promised New Worldwide Pentecost in order to "restore man" in the Image and Likeness of Himself Who is Truth, in order to "conclude" His New Everlasting Covenant of One Flesh - One Heart and Mind of Truth and Peace with His Bride, which in turn manifests the restoration of His Bride in His Image and Likeness of Truth, which in turn manifests God's promised restoration of Earth to Heaven. Scripture reveals to us that it will be through the Illumination of Conscience (which Mother Mary prophesied to us through Conchita of the Garabandal message) that our God, the Holy Spirit of Truth, will reveal our hearts to us, as He sees it, as time stands still, in silence, in the Last Days, when He comes to "conclude" His New Everlasting Covenant of One Flesh (One Heart and Mind of Truth and Peace) with His Bride, which manifests His promised restoration of Earth to Heaven as revealed in Revelation 21, when Christ, Who is the Light of Truth, dwells richly within His Bride.

We can know that the Great Miracle of the Spirit of Pentecost which Mother Mary has declared to us through Fr. Stefano Gobbi, Elizabeth Kindelmann, and Barnabas of Nigeria, and of which the Pentecost Vision of Bl. Anne Catherine Emmerich reveals - will be God's promised outpouring of the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit of Truth, in Fire and in Rivers of Life - Giving Water.
As God poured out in the Upper Room Pentecost (Acts 1:13-15, Acts 2:1-4), upon the 120, Tongues of Fire which turned into Rivers of Life - Giving Water, sparkling Rainbow colors everywhere (see Ann Catherine Emmerich's Pentecost Vision); so can we understand that it will be in the Last Days, but this time upon "all flesh" , causing the Bride of Christ to prophesy - speak forth God's fiery Words of Truth in the power of the Breath of Life of His Holy Spirit, Who is Truth, Himself.
Just as God purified the tongue of His prophet Isaiah, we can know that He again will purify the tongue of His Bride in fire, and then , just as He did Isaiah, He will do to His Bride, sending Her forth to preach God's fiery Words of Truth to all nations, pouring out Rivers of LIfe - Giving Water of God's Holy Spirit of Truth upon all they meet. " I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Advocate*to be with you always, the Spirit of Truth,* which the world cannot accept, because it neither sees nor knows It. But you know It, because It remains with you, and will be in you. I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you.*In a little while the world will no longer see Me, but you will see Me (for I am Truth - Jn 14:6) , because I live and you will live. On that day you will realize that I (Who am Truth) am in My Father, and you are in Me, and I in you." (Jn 14:16-20)
"Whenever a person turns to the Lord the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit (of Truth),* and where the Spirit (of Truth) of the Lord is, there is freedom. All of us, gazing with unveiled face on the Glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same Image (of Truth) from glory to glory, as from the Lord who is the Spirit (of Truth)! " (2 Cor 3:16-18)
